As a teenager, I competed nationally in the sport of ballroom dancing. With the help of my amazingly talented mother, I was fortunate enough to wear a different gorgeous gown at each of my competitions. Thus the beginning of my interest in costume design with the most lavish fabrics and striking crystal rhinestones available.

As a competior myself, I understand that months and even years are spent in the gym perfecting your physique to only have a few moments to stand under the spotlights. Your presentation, conditioning, hair, make-up, tan and many other elements play a role in your appearance. Your choice of a posing suit frames your physique and presents your best qualities.

It wasn't until 4 years ago that we met Mike Davies and decided to start competing in the NPC. Craig and I have always loved working out and helping others with personal training. We now have developed such a love for our sport that we want our lives to continue to grow around the motivational atmosphere and inspirational people we've met in the fitness industry. Our ultimate goal is to establish a successful business while leading a healthly and active lifestyle. We can't imagine our lives without the love of being fit and the people that surround us in it.
